He stresses that Russia shows no signs of altering its plans, viewing recent diplomatic overtures merely as a guise for continued aggression.
US senior envoy for Ukraine and Russia, Keith Kellogg, has echoed this sentiment, stating that Russia must not be allowed to stall for time while conducting such extensive attacks on civilian targets in Ukraine. In response, Moscow dismissed the allegations of stalling, firmly stating, “We are not interested in stalling anything,” while expressing gratitude toward the US for its support in the ongoing conflict.
